This role is for a Senior Business Operations Manager within Amazon's Talent Solution's Core Science and Engineering organization. The primary focus is on strategic planning, operational excellence, and driving initiatives related to talent evaluation and development, leveraging advanced machine learning technologies. The role involves partnering with PXT and leadership to shape talent strategies, improve organizational capabilities, and develop scalable frameworks. While the team uses AI/ML, this specific role is focused on the operational and strategic planning aspects, not direct AI/ML development or research.

  1. Driving strategic planning and execution across Core Science and Engineering, including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
