Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager for Tableau Success Architects to lead a team of subject matter experts in driving customer success for their AI CRM platform. The role involves team leadership, operational excellence, impact articulation, capability development, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure customer adoption and mitigate attrition risk. The focus is on delivering advisory services and demonstrating measurable value to strategic customers using Tableau and other Salesforce analytics products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Tableau Success Architects across multiple geographic regions. Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent while conducting performance reviews and creating career development plans.
  2. Drive team performance against key operational metrics including time to resolve, delivery velocity, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop frameworks for measuring reach and business impact of engagements. Create compelling success stories that demonstrate measurable value to customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Build team mastery across the full Salesforce analytics portfolio, including Tableau Next, CRM Analytics, and Data Cloud.
  5. Define and evolve the engagement model and asset catalog. Develop reusable frameworks that increase team efficiency and impact.
