This role is for a Sr. Manager, Sustainability Advisor in Johnson & Johnson MedTech, Electrophysiology. The primary focus is on driving the JJMT reprocessing strategy, managing reprocessing programs, and achieving business objectives related to sales, gross profit, and pricing. The role involves collaborating with sales teams, acting as a subject matter expert on reprocessing, developing deals, leading a team of Sustainability Specialists, building customer relationships, and implementing new programs. The role is customer-facing and requires understanding account dynamics and market trends.

What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve Business Objectives: Drive the accomplishment of annual business plan objectives related to sales, gross profit, and pricing, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  2. Value Creation and Growth: Spearhead initiatives to enhance JJMT value creation and growth at the GPO/IDN level through integrated JJMT reprocessing offerings.
  3. Reprocessing Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary expert on reprocessing, collaborating closely with the JJMT franchise field sales and account management team to identify, plan, pursue, and execute GPO/IDN reprocessing opportunities, including conversions and carve-outs.
  4. Deal Development: Oversee and execute deal development processes to support the execution of the RPO strategy and meet the financial objectives while adhering to HCC and CPC guidelines. Lead RFP responses to attract and secure new account wins.
  5. Coach and develop: Lead a team of Sustainability Specialists by providing direction and coaching to execute the sales and account management processes that builds customer loyalty.
