Key job responsibilities 🚀 What You’ll Do Lead and grow a team of 10+ TPMs Drive end-to-end program execution (strategy → launch → metrics) Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership Own roadmap prioritization and portfolio management Deliver scalable processes for agility, quality, and execution Manage executive communication and stakeholder alignment
About the team Alexa Connections is a highly distributed team across six Amazon approved sites. We have industry experts in real time communications, computer vision, media processing, consumer facing UX. We imbibe Amazon's Leadership Principles, hold each other accountable and have lots of fun while building a product billions of our users love. You will constantly help us foster a culture where everyone can do their best work.
Basic Qualifications
• 15+ years experience in technical program/product management or software engineering • 7+ years experience managing technical teams, including managers • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field • Strong technical background with ability to understand complex architectures and technologies • Experience leading large-scale consumer-facing products/services • Track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with AI/ML, LLM, privacy/security technologies • Knowledge of cloud technologies and distributed systems • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies • Strong product sense and customer focus

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
