Sr. Manager, Vendor & Partner Management

This role is for a Senior Manager, Vendor & Partner Management within Johnson & Johnson's MedTech Supply Chain. The primary focus is on developing and executing global vendor strategies, leading sourcing and contracting, managing vendor performance, and overseeing risk management for Customer Solutions. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and socialize a global vendor segmentation and strategy that aligns to Customer Solutions priorities and cost-to-serve goals.
  2. Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and commercial contract negotiations in close coordination with Procurement and Legal.
  3. Design and operate performance scorecards; run regular business reviews and drive continuous improvement with vendors.
  4. Own vendor risk management: assess financial, operational, security and privacy risks; define mitigations and critical issue paths.
  5. Create vendor playbooks, scorecards and standard operating procedures to support regional operational teams.
