What you'd actually do

  3. Own the coordination and delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. Structure workstreams, monitor progress, escalate risks, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
  4. Design and manage governance mechanisms (scorecards, tracking, reporting frameworks) to ensure transparency, accountability, and execution against strategic objectives.
  5. Synthesize data and insights into clear narratives that influence leadership decisions. Connect the dots across functions to recommend actionable solutions.
