This role is for a Sr. Marketing Analytics Manager at Amazon Devices. The primary focus is on owning and evolving traffic and marketing reporting mechanisms, serving as an analytics expert, and conducting deep-dive analyses to identify trends and growth opportunities. The role involves developing data visualizations and automated reporting solutions, partnering with product leaders, and proactively identifying anomalies. What you'd actually do

  1. Own and evolve recurring traffic and marketing reporting mechanisms (including WBR) with visibility to senior Devices leadership
  2. Serve as the single-threaded analytics expert for the Cross Devices Marketing team, consulting across product lines and channels
  3. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, diagnose issues, and surface growth opportunities across Devices traffic and marketing performance
  4. Develop data visualizations and automated reporting solutions that improve decision-making speed and quality
  5. Partner with product line leaders and channel marketing managers to interpret results and recommend actions

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, data science, business analytics, economics, finance, engineering, or computer science
  • Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks

Nice to have

  • Experience in advanced data analysis using Excel, Python, or SQL
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies
  • Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent
  • Experience with marketing analytics
