What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for the US Implant and Tissue Expander portfolio within the hospital channel
  2. Own the channel strategy and performance, using data, insights, and KPIs to optimize campaigns and drive results
  3. Develop compelling messaging and value propositions tailored to both HCP and patient audiences
  4. Create and execute integrated content and campaigns that elevate brand presence across the customer journey
  5. Build strong, close partnerships with Sales and Corporate Accounts, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy and commercial execution

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 years relevant marketing experience
  • 5 years of experience in a Marketing Manager role for a medical device company
  • 5 years of HCP marketing experience
  • 5 years of experience managing promotional budgets
