This role is for a Sr. Marketing Manager, Strategic Initiatives, OTTAVA (Chief of Staff) within Johnson & Johnson's Robotics & Digital Solutions organization. The primary focus is on strategic planning, supporting the OTTAVA Operating Committee, and driving key business objectives. Responsibilities include advising leadership, improving operational efficiency, supporting marketing efforts, analyzing data, developing presentations, managing projects, and ensuring progress against annual goals. The role requires strong leadership, business acumen, project management, and communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serving as a trusted advisor to the OTTAVA Operating Committee (“OOC”). With minimal guidance, translates big ideas into tangible outcomes in partnership with the OTTAVA Operating Committee members.
  2. Anticipate the needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the OOC governance and decision-making process
  3. Partner with OOC members to improve ways of working
  4. Collaborate across multiple functions in support of executing on OOC priorities
  5. Supporting and partnering with Global Strategic Marketing
