What you'd actually do

  1. Set and own the end‑to‑end experience vision for Connext U.S., aligned to business strategy, commercial priorities, and field needs.
  2. Lead experience strategy, service design, and interaction design across discovery, MVP, and scaled delivery phases.
  3. Manage Experience Designers and oversee an external design partner, providing clear direction, coaching, and feedback.
  4. Partner with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Commercial, and Data to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  5. Ensure experience quality and consistency through adherence to J&J Experience Design standards and enterprise design systems.
