This role is for a Senior Manager of Strategic Capacity Management within the Wound Closure & Healing platform at Johnson & Johnson MedTech. The primary focus is on establishing and driving the Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) process to ensure network capacity can support long-term patient needs. This involves interacting with Global Strategic Marketing to understand Long-Range Portfolio Plans, feeding into the SCM process and models, and supporting Value Stream Management and Network Strategy. The role will lead and orchestrate the SCM process globally, evaluate long-term supply chain scenarios (2-10 year horizon), identify demand/supply situations, and provide insights for major business decisions, which may include multi-million dollar investments. The role emphasizes people leadership, process improvement, and problem-solving with various business stakeholders.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Strategic Planning governance: Drive the annual process cadence and communications.
  2. Proactively identify business opportunities not only to capacit
  3. Seamlessly integrate with the various business stakeholders who are accountable for providing modeling inputs, as well as internal customers who will leverage conclusions of SCM models.
  4. Lead process improvement efforts with a Customer first mentality, generating trust with internal customers and using technology to reduce lags in process cycles and speed to deliver data/analysis.
  5. Lead with Problem-solving approach, finding middle ground between different partners, to bridge gaps in data availability and create feasible models/scenarios
