This role is for a Sr. Mid Market Account Executive for Uber for Business in Bangalore, India. The primary responsibility is to drive new business by establishing and growing partnerships with top-tier mid-market customers. This involves managing a sales pipeline, identifying customer needs, leveraging the Uber for Business value proposition, retaining and growing existing accounts through reviews and upselling, and engaging with C-suite executives. The role requires strong B2B sales experience, commercial acumen, negotiation skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Construct, forecast and manage sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM. Achieve all assigned sales quotas for the measurement cycle.
  2. Identify customer needs, understand the business drivers behind requests, and leverage the Uber for Business value proposition to achieve mutual goals.
  3. Retain and grow your book of business through monthly/quarterly business reviews, account expansion plans, upselling and cross-selling, and building strong consultative relationships while exceeding a quota.
  4. Drive meetings with a C-Suite level audience to align on partnership goals and get buy-in for account expansion initiatives.
  5. Wear multiple hats: sales strategy, lead generation, sales rep, and account manager and be an advocate for Uber for Business strategy and growth in the region.
