Sr. Mobile Developer – Project Delivery Specialist

**Work you’ll do/Responsibilities **
Support clients’ ITP portfolio by leading a healthcare modernization and platform-consolidation workstream. We are seeking a Mobile Developer to build, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms. This role will work across the development lifecycle to deliver secure, performant, and user-friendly mobile experiences. The work requires strong healthcare domain delivery experience (payer/provider operations preferred)
- Design and develop mobile applications using React Native, or similar technologies.
- Integrate mobile applications with APIs, authentication services, and enterprise back-end systems.
- Optimize application performance, usability, responsiveness, and device compatibility.
- Support defect resolution, release management, and post-production enhancements.
- Collaborate with UX, QA, product, and engineering teams throughout delivery.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and mobile development best practices.
- Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
- Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Qualifications
Required
6+yrs Experience in native or cross-platform mobile application development.
Knowledge of mobile application architecture, API integration, and app deployment processes.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging mobile applications.
Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
6+yrs Experience with both iOS and Android development.
Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks and performance optimization.
Exposure to Agile delivery and cloud-connected mobile apps.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
