This role is for a Sr Operations Manager at Bank of America, focusing on managing a unit within internal operations. What you'd actually do

  1. Manages staffing levels and capacities, prioritizes employee development by providing effective coaching and training, and shares constructive feedback to drive Operational Excellence
  2. Oversees end-to-end processes and ensures adherence to bank and regulatory policy and procedures when making decisions that impact various operations and product lines
  3. Develops and analyzes procedures to enhance unit and/or product-related activities and oversees budget and expense management, reporting, and forecasting for designated areas
  4. Implements improvements to drive the growth to the overall processes and identifies data, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness
  5. Aligns bank priorities and strategies to employee metrics and goals, evaluates employee progress, and strives to recognize, encourage, and improve team performance to support an inclusive work environment

Skills

Required

  • 2 years + Syndicated/Commercial loan experience
  • Experience with Loan IQ
  • Experience with managing people or a process in a fast pace environment
  • Experience reading, interpreting, and analyzing complex legal documentation such as credit agreements, and amendments
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to plan, prioritize and manage deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to target messaging to different audiences
  • Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
