What you'd actually do

  1. Build a thesis-driven and evidence backed strategy to improve the customer experience. You will dive deeply into how the business operates from the items that appear on an eater’s catalog to the courier's final drop off, while becoming the owner of moving the needle on critical OKRs
  2. Structure, execute, and communicate research to help inform the best practices and recommendations for merchants. You will need to pull and analyze data autonomously, set up experiments, and distinguish signal from noise
  3. Orchestrate and influence the work of a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders including other Ops teams, Product, Finance, Partner Management, Support, and Legal
  4. Take your time and absorb all you can about Uber, the grocery and retail businesses, consumer applications, and real world logistics. This is an amazing opportunity to get your hands dirty and learn how the sausage is made
