What you'd actually do

  1. Work collaboratively with our account executives and sales engineering teams to appropriately position consulting services to Gong Customers.
  2. Map Customer business objectives and use cases to the correct implementation package(s).
  3. Drive functional and technical discovery to create and negotiate Statements of Work (SOW) and change orders that deliver desired customer outcomes.
  4. Engage with Legal to develop all client-facing agreements
  5. Present implementation, optimization, and expert services recommendations.

Skills

Required

  • Professional Services sales and delivery experience
  • Scoping, sizing, and negotiating structured SOWs
  • Understanding of various architectures (Web, Cloud, Integration) and methodologies
  • Experience with SaaS applications supporting Enterprise business processes
  • CRM experience or knowledge (Salesforce.com or Dynamics preferred)
  • Understanding and experience in sales strategy
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and plan effectively
  • Ability to interface at a senior level
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
