Snowflake is seeking a Sr. Partner Development Manager for their Financial Services DCP Partners team. This role will focus on managing and acquiring strategic Financial Services partners to expand Snowflake's ecosystem. The individual will work with customers and partners to drive growth within Snowflake's Financial Services business, focusing on building Snowflake's AI Data Cloud for Financial Services. Responsibilities include creating strategic plans, developing partner portfolios, engaging customers, and working cross-functionally with various teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and execute strategic plans focused on acquiring new Financial Services partners and products
  2. Contribute to strategic planning of the Financial Services Data Cloud Products (DCP) industry team
  3. Develop and manage a portfolio of high-performing partners
  4. Engage with current customers to drive adoption of Financial Services products
  5. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams

Skills

Required

  • 5-7 years of industry experience in business development, partnership/alliances or sales
  • Prior background in Financial Services and/or fintech
  • Strong verbal and executive presentation skills
  • A deep understanding of business and financial metrics
  • Proven self-starter with a high degree of initiative, collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience)
