This role is for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) focused on building awareness, creating demand, and driving revenue with Global System Integrator (GSI) and Multi-national SI/Consulting Partners in North America. The manager will develop and execute strategic marketing plans, design and implement demand generation programs, manage marketing budgets, and collaborate with sales teams to acquire new customers and meet account objectives. Experience in data-driven marketing, cross-functional program execution, and managing partner relationships is essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and own the strategic marketing plan for the partner.
  2. Develop a comprehensive annual marketing strategy and plan that is aligned with GTMs, partner marketing, and global marketing counterparts.
  3. Plan and deliver demand generation programs executed with the partner to acquire new customers, including integrated campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
  4. Work closely with the GTMS organization to understand their priorities and enable them to meet their objectives with focused lead gen activities.
  5. Participates as key stakeholder and business partner with the Americas GTMS, partner marketing, and field marketing leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
  • 8+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

Nice to have

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience marketing Cloud services
  • Experience leveraging generative AI tools for marketing
