This role is for a Sr. Partner Sales Manager in Brazil, focused on driving and nurturing an ecosystem of System Integrators (SIs), Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), and specialized technology partners to strengthen Snowflake's network and drive joint customer growth. The role requires building multi-layered ecosystems, developing integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) programs, and establishing executive relationships. Success depends on driving compelling ecosystem strategies, multi-partner GTM motions, and strategic alliances, with a strong emphasis on communication and partner network orchestration. The role is quota carrying and involves practice development, capacity building, and results-oriented ecosystem management, with collaboration across internal teams and deal support. Experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in the Brazilian technology market, with a track record of success and established relationships with Brazilian SI and Cloud Partners, is required. Knowledge of Cloud environments and the Brazilian regulatory landscape is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with a diverse set of partners to build comprehensive joint business plans that leverage the full strength of the Snowflake network.
  2. Inspire partners to grow their Snowflake practices and scale their technical capabilities.
  3. Apply proven Partner Management skills to manage the entire alliance development lifecycle.
  4. Work with product development, sales, sales engineering, and marketing to ensure a seamless ecosystem experience.
  5. Assist the ecosystem in navigating Snowflake’s partner program and sales process, including deal registration and alignment with Sales Leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 10 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, or business development in the Brazilian technology market
  • 5+ years of channel sales or program management experience with direct accountability for revenue targets
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Brazilian SI partners and Cloud Partners (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Native or near-native Portuguese language skills
  • Ability to manage complex regional business plans and track ecosystem progress
  • Strong executive presence, polish, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

  • Bi-Lingual (English/Portuguese)
