Sr. Payment and Experience Associate Latam

This role focuses on improving user experience with procurement and finance services within LATAM for Johnson & Johnson. It involves leading service improvement initiatives, managing stakeholders, translating feedback into changes, and ensuring documentation and training are up-to-date. The associate will also manage BPO performance, handle escalations, and contribute to customer and employee experience programs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and monitor the performance of the team and define improvements
  2. Receive, analyze, and resolve procurement process inquiries and disputes
  3. Define a culture of continuous improvement and implement projects with a regional/global focus on improving customer service levels and customer perception of the helpdesk team and Global Services
  4. Manage the training and development of organizational talent
  5. Focus on increasing satisfaction surveys results
