What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated area, achieve the targets, market share, and growth rate for designated products, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses.
  2. According to the company's prescribed medical institution coverage and visit frequency, formulate and implement a corresponding medical institution visit plan.
  3. Use appropriate promotion techniques and effectively utilize product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling problems) to medical institutions, so that they understand and accept the product's characteristics and benefits.
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and establish long-term and good cooperative relationships.
  5. Explore the potential of the existing market and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share.
