What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated area, achieve the target performance, market share and growth rate of the designated products, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. Develop and implement a visit plan for medical institutions according to the company's prescribed medical institution coverage and visit frequency
  3. Use appropriate promotion techniques and effectively utilize product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling problems) to medical institutions, so that they understand and accept the characteristics and benefits of the products
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and establish long-term good cooperative relationships
  5. Explore the potential of the existing market and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
