运用适当的推广技巧和有效地利用产品资料,向医疗机构提供医疗咨讯并介绍产品(包括处理问题)，使其了解并接受产品之特性和利益
保持高水准的专业拜访，不断提高医疗机构的满意度,并建立长久良好的合作交流关系
挖掘现有市场潜力，并不断开发潜在市场，确保公司产品市场占有率的增长
执行公司市场开发策略和计划，完成新产品的进药计划
根据公司的推广策略组织有特色的学术活动推广产品

区域管理

通过区域目标管理，确立本辖区的目标和计划,达到预期的目标、市场占有率和增长率，开发辖区内的潜在市场
建立和及时更新、反馈并保持一个详尽而准确的医疗机构资料,并利用这些资料来制定行动计划,安排拜访活动，有效及充分地利用时间
定期分析区域情况,确立有潜力的市场作为区域发展的重点
及时通知医疗机构的医务人员或药事人员有关服务，产品，价格，供货渠道、市场发展等方面的信息
跟踪、了解医疗机构库存，进货情况，确保合理的库存及防止断货情形的发生
确保医疗机构每月产品的消耗，防止产品过期退回
与市场和商务部配合，和负责医院内的专家保持良好的业务关系，以使招标和医保目录评审的成功
了解竞争产品及竞争对手的活动,收集竞争者的市场资讯,及时反映给上级主管,并提供相应意见
及时、准确地完成各项报表
有效、合理地使用公司的各项费用和资源

产品知识

掌握完整的,不断更新的产品知识，确保产品推广信息与公司市场部保持一致
通过不断学习,熟悉产品的有关资料并且熟练、灵活运用
充分学习和利用市场部提供的其他资料,以利于产品推广
阅读与产品有关的各类医学杂志,文章与报告
了解竞争对手同类产品的相关知识
