Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for Klaviyo's EMEA Commercial team, focusing on the Entrepreneur and SMB segment. This role involves acting as a trusted advisor, owning the technical win in sales cycles, designing solutions, and delivering tailored demos. The position requires fluency in French and English, with experience in B2B SaaS pre-sales, web technologies, APIs, and data integrations. The role also involves contributing to internal assets and providing feedback to product teams. While not directly building AI models, the role utilizes AI tools and contributes to AI-powered internal projects.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical side of Commercial opportunities from qualification through to close.
  2. Run focused technical discovery to understand a prospect's goals, current stack, data flows, and constraints.
  3. Design solution architectures that make the most of Klaviyo's platform, APIs, and integrations to meet customer needs and best practices.
  4. Deliver tailored demos and presentations to both business and technical audiences, clearly connecting capabilities to real customer outcomes.
  5. Scope and lead proofs of concept where needed, defining success criteria and keeping things on track.
