PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Principal Customer Success Manager to build and foster executive-level trusted advisor relationships with customers, guiding them on process, people, and change management best practices to drive adoption of real-time operations. The role involves demonstrating PagerDuty product knowledge, identifying risks, producing adoption paths, delivering business value, and representing the voice of the customer to inform product roadmaps. The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of customer-facing experience, expertise in SaaS business models, and a strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles, and modern IT monitoring.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and foster executive-level trusted advisor relationships with the customers’ IT, Engineering and Support organizations.
  2. Demonstrates hands-on PagerDuty Product knowledge by applying it to the customer's business priorities.
  3. Guide a customer on process, people and change management best practices to drive customers adoption of real time operations.
  4. Proactively identify risks to the customer achieving their stated business goals and work with the sales team to build a risk mitigation plan.
  5. Produce and execute a comprehensive adoption path of PagerDuty products, showing the current state, target future state with timeline.
