Project Manager for Network Release Management within the C2BMC program, supporting missile defense systems. Responsibilities include coordinating network releases, managing changes, tracking deployed network changes, maintaining CM baseline, creating and presenting KPIs, and liaising between ARTs and stakeholders like CM, Release Management, and QA. Requires a Secret clearance and IAT Level II certification.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinates with developers, product owners, and engineering managers to ensure the team meets completion and artifact-creation timelines
  2. Coordinates emergency changes to the network that the team implements because of an operational deficiency or anomaly that degrades service
  3. Assigns the highest priority to those fixes to ensure customer satisfaction
  4. Will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and presenting KPIs and other metrics for Network Enterprise
  5. Will be responsible for managing multiple processes and documents, and will be the primary point of contact from the Network Agile Release Train (ART) to other ARTs on the program

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Contracts, Project Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field from an accredited university, along with 8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant work experience; or 12 years of relevant work experience
  • current, active DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (such as Security+, GSEC, SCNP, SSCP, CISSP, CISA, GSE, SCNA, etc.)
  • current, active in-scope DoD-issued Secret security clearance
  • effective communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio drawing tools
  • able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • operates with minimal direction
  • solves complex problems requiring ingenuity and creativity
  • manage multiple processes/documents
  • Primary interaction points between Agile Release Train (ART) and other ARTs
  • Use CM tools (Git, Bitbucket, Atlassian) for enterprise configuration management
