Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to lead teams and perform technical work in mission modeling, simulation, and analysis. The role involves developing system models, writing simulation code, performing operational analysis using system of systems modeling and agent-based simulation, and applying knowledge of EOIR, optics, RF systems, algorithms, detection, and tracking. Requires a STEM Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, proficiency in systems engineering concepts and tools, and programming/scripting languages. Security clearance is required.

What you'd actually do

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field with 8 years of related experience; OR a Master’s degree in a STEM field with 6 years of related experience; OR PhD in a STEM field with 4 years of related experience
