Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Principal Computer Systems Analyst to support information system lifecycle activities for classified government contracts. The role involves managing and maintaining Windows systems, ensuring security compliance, and supporting system engineers and end-users. Requires a Secret security clearance and experience with Windows Server OS.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform as a Senior Computer Systems Analyst in support of classified government contracts
  2. Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, with internal or external customers, in written and oral format.
  3. Establishes and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction according to defined objectives while adhering to established policies.
  4. Report task statuses as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts in written and oral format.
  5. Oversee and lead the reliable operations of multi-user computer systems working with system engineers, PC desktop technicians, networking engineers, project managers, end users, and IT/Cyber management.

Skills

Required

  • Master's Degree with 6 years of relevant experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of relevant experience; OR an Associate's Degree with 9 years of relevant experience; OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 11 years of relevant experience
  • Security+ certification or greater
  • current US Government Secret level security clearance
  • ability to obtain a US Government Top Secret clearance
  • ability to obtain, and maintain, access to Special Programs
  • Knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems and workstation support

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Active Top Secret, SCI, SAP/SAR access, or Polygraph
  • 9 years with a Bachelor's degree, 7 years with a Masters, 4 years with a PhD
  • Experienced Windows Server Administration to include, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, LDAP and other services
  • Experience operating under and managing systems within NISPOM Chapter 8, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments
  • Experienced with networking, including subnets, routing, VLANs and VTCs; Cisco experience and/or certification
  • Experienced in the creation, maintenance, and deployment of system images in an enterprise environment
  • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware in a networked environment
  • Experience working in virtualized environments
  • Deploy and maintain Backup solutions (Cohesity, Vertias, etc) and SAN storage systems
