  3. Translate user and business needs into strategy and actionable requirements
  4. Write and own user stories and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)
  5. Contribute to our team-wide and firm-wide AI presentations

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in product management or related technical role
  • 1+ years of experience in a company with strong product management culture
  • Experience in learning new businesses and mapping out pain points and opportunities.
  • Experience driving full or parts of the product lifecycle for products, writing product documents, and leading tech teams from idea to alignment and through execution and launch
  • Familiarity with AI model architectures, such as Large Language Models, and methods such as prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, MCPs, and agentic frameworks
  • Great communication skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record of delivering and launching successful products at scale
  • Experience driving tech transformation for large digital operations
  • Experience in presenting strategy and progress to senior leads.
