Sr Product Associate - Client Onboarding and Documentation Platform

JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase · Banking · Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina · Commercial & Investment Bank

Senior Associate Product role focused on evolving a client onboarding and documentation platform. The role involves bridging product vision, technical architecture, and delivery execution for a configurable, high-speed platform that meets complex regulatory needs. Key responsibilities include contributing to the product roadmap, designing service-oriented and rule-driven architecture components, leading delivery within cross-functional squads, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring platform health, controls, and resilience. Requires experience in software engineering/product design, SOA/microservices, event-driven architecture, API design, rule engines, and familiarity with AI/ML integrations. Experience in financial services and awareness of regulatory environments is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the product roadmap and platform evolution with clear value propositions, personas, and success metrics.
  2. Help define data services, rules engines, event-driven patterns, workflow, integrations, and UI components as reusable capabilities.
  3. Design and implement components in SOA/microservices with crisp domain boundaries, API contracts, and event-driven patterns.
  4. Build rule-driven frameworks (policy-as-code, decision engines) that externalize business logic for rapid change without redeployments.
  5. Ensure the platform meets audit, regulatory, and control needs (data lineage, decision explainability, access controls, evidence capture).
