Sr Product Designer, Adobe Journey Optimizer

Adobe Adobe · Enterprise · Bangalore, India +1

Senior Product Designer for Adobe Journey Optimizer, focusing on enterprise AI-driven customer experience personalization. The role involves end-to-end design ownership, rapid prototyping with AI-assisted tools, and collaboration with product and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include framing product problems, quantifying trade-offs, and contributing to roadmap conversations, with an emphasis on integrating AI into the design process and anticipating risks in AI-driven features.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end design for complex, ambiguous problems — structuring the space and driving to well-reasoned, polished solutions.
  2. Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools and vibe-coding (e.g., Cursor or similar) as a core daily practice — testing AI behaviors and data interactions early to reduce risk and accelerate decisions.
  3. Frame product problems clearly, quantify trade-offs, and connect design decisions to measurable customer and business impact.
  4. Contribute to roadmap conversations at peer level with senior PM and Engineering, anticipating ethical and adoption risks in AI-driven features.
  5. Tell compelling design stories — from rough sketches to executive-ready narratives — always at the right fidelity for the right audience.
