This role is for a Sr. Product Designer on the Adobe Genuine Service team, focusing on designing user experiences to prevent and recover users who abuse Adobe licenses. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including data science and product engineering to deliver experiences that protect customers and Adobe's brand. The designer will define scalable experiences across Adobe products, focusing on usability, quality, and accessibility, and will craft experiences for desktop, web, and mobile. Key responsibilities include designing experiments, testing hypotheses, and scaling experiences, ensuring clear communication of product value, and translating business objectives into user-centered designs.

What you'd actually do

  1. You’ll define experiences that scale across all Adobe products and prioritize protecting our customers — all while upholding Adobe’s standards for usability, quality, and accessibility.
  2. You'll craft experiences that touch desktop, web, and mobile.
  3. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including content, product management, engineering, and data teams—to design experiments, test hypotheses, and scale our experiences.
  4. You’ll help ensure that product value is communicated clearly and that users can easily discover and adopt new capabilities.
  5. You’ll connect business strategy, product value, and design execution, translating business objectives into elegant, user-centered experiences.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience designing high-quality product experiences within large-scale product ecosystems.
  • Experience crafting experiments and iterative improvements informed by user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing.
  • Strong collaboration skills working closely with product managers, product designers, content designers, engineers, and data science partners.
  • Strong proficiency in storytelling and communicating rationale to influence partners and leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to interpret complex information and distill it into clear and concise solutions.
  • Innately curious, consistently striving to investigate and grasp unfamiliar subjects/technologies.
  • Strong design craft with a systems mentality.
  • Hands-on skill with prototyping tools (Figma, code, or low-fi mockups).

Nice to have

  • Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
  • Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
  • Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.
