  2. Source and evaluate manufacturers, negotiate competitive pricing and terms, and build strong supplier relationships to ensure best-in-class quality and value
  3. Partner closely with Quality, Compliance, Sustainability, and Packaging teams to ensure all products meet Amazon's safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards
  4. Collaborate with Category Managers and InStock Managers to define and launch a profitable product range aligned with customer demand and business goals
  5. Drive speed-to-market improvements by identifying and implementing AI-powered automation solutions to reduce manual effort and streamline workflows

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
