Shape the strategy for Docusign's multi-model Al platform, enabling seamless integration of frontier foundation models while optimizing quality, performance, reliability, latency, and cost

What you'll do As a Senior Product Manager for the Al Platform, you will define the strategy and roadmap for the foundational Al platform powering the next generation of Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform. You will lead the platform capabilities that enable product teams across Docusign to build, deploy, and scale trusted Al assistants, autonomous agents, and intelligent agreement workflows. You will partner with Engineering, Applied Al, Design, Data Science, and Product leaders to shape the future of Docusign's Al ecosystem-from customer agent administrative management to multi-model Al infrastructure, global Al expansion, and Al platform capabilities. Your work will accelerate Al innovation across the company. This is a highly cross-functional role with significant influence across Docusign's Al strategy, driving the platform that powers Al experiences used by millions of customers worldwide. Access to an office location is required. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance. Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
