The Senior Product Manager role sits within the eCommerce pre-booking and digital segment of the Disney Cruise Line business. This role drives product strategy, concept development, and delivery of initiatives that enhance the Cruise checkout experience. The position works closely with Product Management, Technology, and Business Operations teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute product strategy for Cruise Checkout and post booking experiences, aligning solutions to executive roadmaps that align to Guest needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities.
  2. Partner with Product Managers, engineering, and business teams to translate product vision into prioritized initiatives, ensuring development teams understand product goals and priorities.
  3. Lead cross-functional collaboration across Disney Experiences Technology & Digital, business leaders, creative teams, and operations to deliver aligned, enterprise-wide solutions.
  4. Serve as the primary product representative for Disney Cruise Line partners, acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.
  5. Gather and define product requirements, translating concepts into epics, user stories, and other product documentation to support successful delivery.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years in delivering quality solutions at scale in a digital or eCommerce environment
  • Execute product strategy for multiple products or large-scale initiatives
  • translating complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience leading Agile development teams
  • Experience with experimentation and experience analytics
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder leadership skills
  • Proven ability to navigate complex problems, negotiate priorities, and drive alignment
  • Commitment to mentoring, guiding, and supporting team members
