The role is for a Sr. Product Manager at Visa, focusing on designing UI/UX for customer journey products. What you'd actually do

  1. Design CRM user experiences across the full customer journey from marketing to sales to customer support
  2. Create intuitive flows that connect marketing, digital, and sales, CS, and Product touchpoints into a cohesive experience
  3. Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and CRM-integrated interfaces
  4. Design experiences that incorporate AI-driven features such as recommendations, personalization, and automation
  5. Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent, and user-friendly interfaces

Skills

Required

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design and user-centered thinking
  • Experience designing for web applications, SaaS platforms, or CRM tools
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles

Nice to have

  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
  • Experience designing AI-driven or data-rich user experiences
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Oracle Eloqua
