Product Manager for Uber Eats Consumer Fulfillment Quality, focusing on making orders reliable and predictable by preventing defects before they happen. This involves defining product strategy, identifying defect sources, owning consumer experience for prevention moments, partnering with Data Science and Engineering on prediction/detection/intervention systems, designing experiments, and translating insights into requirements. What you'd actually do

  1. Define the product strategy and roadmap for preventing eater-facing fulfillment defects before they happen.
  2. Identify the highest-leverage defect sources across merchant readiness, courier behavior, batching, distance, supply conditions, drop-off quality, and user input errors.
  3. Own the consumer experience for prevention moments across discovery, feed, store pages, checkout, order tracking, delivery instructions, post-order editing, and defect-risk communication.
  4. Partner with Data Science and Engineering to develop prediction, detection, and intervention systems for high-risk orders.
  5. Design experiments that reduce preventable defects while managing tradeoffs across conversion, reliability, merchant fairness, courier efficiency, and eater trust.
