What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive global & US strategies for marketing programs and campaigns including: - product positioning, and clinical and economic value proposition - messages and collateral - sales and physician education programs - product demand forecasts - analysis of business performance against objectives - formulating new approaches and strategies as needed - conferences/tradeshows, customer engagement priorities, and booth playbook
  2. Champion product commercialization activities across multiple internal and external groups by collaborating with and influencing operations, regulatory, clinical, quality, sales, sales training, medical affairs, etc.
  3. Lead market research to understand behaviors, test messaging and identify opportunities.
  4. Establish relationships with key opinion leaders in the field and work with them to develop content for our marketing channels.
  5. Acquire and analyze feedback from key opinion leaders, current and potential customers, third-party market research and internal stakeholders.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6 years of professional product management or equivalent experience
  • Experience bringing new novel products to market
  • Ability to develop relationships with key opinion leaders
  • Ability to collaborate and work with others in a dynamic, matrix environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales force engagement experience required
