Sr. Product Manager, Crypto Sales and Solutioning, Lac

Visa is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Crypto Sales and Solutioning in Latin America and the Caribbean. The role involves executing go-to-market strategies, engaging with crypto partners and clients, developing new ecosystem partnerships, positioning and selling Visa crypto solutions, and identifying commercial opportunities. The position also includes shaping regional and global crypto GTM strategies, supporting seller enablement, and providing client feedback to influence the crypto product roadmap.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide solutioning, problem solving and sales support with key clients, enablers, and other ecosystem partners – operating as a product and blockchain subject matter expert with clients and internal stakeholders
  2. Drive end-to-end deal flow from pre-sales to pitch to negotiations to drive new activations and channel partnerships for Visa Crypto Solutions
  3. Manage existing and formulate new ecosystem partnerships – with blockchains, stablecoin issuers, orchestration providers, Defi protocols, and other partner archetypes
  4. Execute on commercial and strategic deals and bring new capabilities and products to market with partners
  5. Support implementation projects and coordination between sales, product, and operation teams to help Visa clients launch Visa Crypto Solutions (post-sales support)
