What you'd actually do

  1. Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
  2. Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
  3. Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
  4. Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
  5. Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Translating business and user needs into scalable product requirements
  • Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Using data, experimentation, and customer insights to inform product decisions and prioritize roadmap investments

Nice to have

  • Experience working on AI-enabled or agentic product experiences, such as workflow automation, decision-support tools, intelligent assistants, or products that combine automation with human oversight.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, credit, lending, servicing, collections, or other regulated financial products.
  • Experience supporting or building platform products or shared capabilities, such as APIs, internal tools, configurable systems, or reusable services used across multiple teams or experiences.
  • Familiarity with trust, privacy, controls, and responsible use considerations when building digital products in regulated environments.
