Product Manager for Enterprise AI solutions, focusing on Workday's internal 'Customer Zero' strategy. The role involves identifying internal business problems, architecting and delivering AI/ML-driven product solutions using Workday's technology stack, and providing feedback to core product teams. 2. Work closely with engineering, UX and business stakeholders to turn emerging AI capabilities and ambiguous business problems into holistic end-to-end AI/ML driven product solutions.
  3. Serve as the primary bridge to the core Product & Technology teams. You will translate internal "pains" into actionable product requirements, identifying gaps and advocating for the features needed to make our products world-class.
  4. Define and implement measurable KPIs including quality, adoption, trust, and business value, using data-driven insights to guide rapid iteration.
  5. Set clear expectations with business stakeholders and timely communicate roadmap progress, execution trade-offs, and the measurable impact of AI initiatives.
