Product Manager for Rivian's Finance and Accounting organization, focusing on designing and developing custom software solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and visibility. What you'd actually do

  1. Become the subject matter expert for Finance and Accounting workflows at Rivian, including but not limited to accounts payable/receivable, treasury, financial close, reporting, forecasting, and compliance processes.
  2. Define and champion a clear product vision and roadmap for Finance & Accounting tools that aligns with Rivian’s strategic objectives around operational efficiency, financial accuracy, and compliance.
  3. Translate Finance user needs into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  4. Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for improvement, track key performance metrics (e.g., close cycle time, error rates, process throughput), and drive continuous optimization.
  5. Research and evaluate AI/ML opportunities to automate repetitive finance processes, improve forecasting accuracy, detect anomalies, and enhance decision-making for finance leadership.
