What you'd actually do

  1. Own the product roadmap for delivery demand management, focused on maintaining marketplace stability and service quality during periods of elevated demand.
  2. Leverage data, experimentation, and customer insights to design mechanisms that influence ordering behavior and set clear expectations during peak conditions.
  3. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and Design to execute against a multi-quarter roadmap with strong technical and analytical foundations.
  4. Define clear, prioritized product requirements, balancing impact, complexity, and long-term marketplace health.
  5. Communicate strategy, progress, and outcomes to senior stakeholders, demonstrating strong ownership of key marketplace and customer experience metrics.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or a related technical or quantitative field.
  • Proven experience leading large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong product judgment and customer-first mindset
  • Comfort operating in technical, data-rich, and fast-moving environments
  • High bar for excellence
