Sr Product Manager - Operational Digital Twin and Decision Intelligence

Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for an Operational Digital Twin platform that integrates signals from IoT, computer vision, and enterprise applications to provide real-time visibility and generate intelligence for improving operational efficiency and decision-making across Target's physical operations. The role focuses on defining the vision, identifying use cases, launching pilots, and building foundational platform capabilities for AI-assisted workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Target's Operational Digital Twin platform.
  2. Evaluate Digital Twin, IoT, Computer Vision, Spatial Intelligence, and AI technologies to identify opportunities relevant to Target.
  3. Transform operational signals into actionable insights, recommendations, and decision support capabilities.
  4. Own product prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.
  5. Ensure solutions meet Target standards for governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI.

Skills

Required

  • Product Management experience building enterprise software, platforms, AI products, analytics solutions, operational technologies, or data-driven products
  • Experience conducting customer discovery, operational observations, and data analysis
  • Experience launching pilots and proof-of-concepts
  • Experience partnering with engineering, AI/ML, computer vision, IoT, and data science teams
  • Experience with governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI standards
