Adobe Adobe · Enterprise · San Jose, CA +1

Senior Product Manager, Partner Success for Adobe Cloud Platforms & Collaboration (ACPC). Owns engagement strategy and relationship health with 'Creative Pro' product partners, driving platform engagement that advances agentic and intelligent asset experiences for Creative Professionals. Translates partner needs into platform investment decisions and ensures ACPC capabilities drive business and customer outcomes. Requires a strategic, consultative approach, ability to influence senior leadership, proactive operation in unstructured situations, and a developed point of view on AI and agentic technologies in creative workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deeply understand partner team’s goals, competitive pressure, and customer difficulties, then translate those insights into a compelling ACPC strategy that advances their objectives.
  2. Own and maintain roadmap alignment between ACPC and partners, ensuring both sides are clear on the goals and the deliverables.
  3. Act as an early warning system by surfacing strategic misalignment before it becomes a delayed launch or leadership concern.
  4. Define partnership engagement model and evangelize ACPC capabilities.
  5. Operate with a cross-adobe lens by identifying where ACPC investments compound across partners, especially on agentic workflows.
