Amazon Business (AB) Marketplace Product Management teams launch features that drive the next wave of growth for our business, relentlessly innovating across a broad spectrum of functions including expanding our selection, offering everyday low prices, improving the world-class delivery, and providing exceptional value to our business customers. We are disrupting the status quo of Business to Business (B2B) by delivering new, efficient purchasing solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between). As a Senior Product Manager on the Amazon Business 3P (i.e. Third-Party Sellers) team, you will own defining the product strategy and roadmap for our strategic initiatives that directly impact top and bottom line, with a primary focus on Pricing innovation and a growing mandate to transform the end-to-end Seller Experience through the application of generative AI and next-generation tooling. You will work directly with our Third-party (3P) sellers to understand their needs and define how we will leverage their unique qualifications and capabilities to meet the needs of businesses buying on Amazon, while simultaneously ensuring that the seller journey itself — from onboarding and catalog management to pricing execution and business analytics — is continuously optimized for simplicity, efficiency, and impact. In this highly visible position, you will interact with the senior management team within AB across Product, Tech and Business organizations, and will co-own global initiatives in partnership with the Worldwide AB 3P team, contributing to multi-year plans that shape the strategic direction of the business. We recognize that we are successful when our sellers are successful, and your efforts will directly enable sellers, including small and minority owned businesses, to succeed on Amazon. On the Pricing front, you will drive low-effort, high-value pricing solutions for sellers — including science-driven ROI recommendations, automated fee tooling, bulk pricing optimization, and industry-specific pricing pilots — ensuring that Amazon Business remains the most compelling and competitively priced B2B marketplace. On the Seller Experience front, you will lead the integration of B2B-specific capabilities into next-generation seller interfaces and spearhead the launch of AI-powered tools, including a B2B Sub-Agent built on generative AI, designed to proactively surface insights, reduce seller friction, and unlock new growth opportunities at scale. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader who thinks creatively and strategically, dives deep into details, and has a proven track record of leading complex, multi-pronged, and measurable strategies for both sellers and end customers, with a genuine excitement for applying emerging technologies — including generative AI — to reimagine how sellers operate and grow their businesses on Amazon. Key job responsibilities • Develop JP Amazon Business Pricing strategy for Selling partners finding the right balance between growth and competitiveness. • Define the product strategy, and launch new, strategic, and global initiatives that impacts both top and bottom line. • Write and review business cases, develop the roadmap for new tools and approaches, document business requirements and contribute to the feature set from design to release. • Roll out global initiatives with interaction with leaders in other locales. • Conduct frequent analysis to understand competitive price positioning of Amazon Business products sold by selling partners.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
