Sr Product Manager, Slack Powered Service

Salesforce is seeking a Sr. Product Manager for Slack Powered Service to own the vision and strategy for transforming customer support experiences using AI, Slack, and Service Cloud. The role involves market research, creating prototypes with AI tools, collaborating with engineering and partner teams, and enabling the field. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise software, strong technical aptitude, and experience with AI-powered productivity tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the vision to reimagine customer support experience by leveraging Slack, Slackbot, Service Cloud core capabilities and Headless 360 (Salesforce MCPs/APIs).
  2. Conduct market and competitive research
  3. Create working prototypes using AI tools, and drive customer engagements to validate the vision as well as solution design
  4. Work closely with Slack and other partner teams to define the joint solution roadmap
  5. Work with scrum teams to deliver the solution.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of product management experience building enterprise enterprise software applications with consumer grade UX and platform extensibility
  • Strong curiosity and empathy to understand customer problems, and judgement to prioritize them effectively
  • Deep technical aptitude to manage discussions with engineering to drive architecture decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and ensure that the product is built for scale, reliability, and extensibility.
  • Ability to work across other product teams as well as cross functional teams to deliver a joint roadmap
  • Active use of AI-powered productivity tools in day-to-day work
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
