Senior Product Manager, Technical for Amazon Music Growth and Partnerships. This role focuses on leading product development for third-party partner integrations, including ticketing, Gen AI, automotive, and wearables. The PM will drive product strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with engineering, business development, and other teams. A key aspect is leveraging AI/ML for experimentation and personalization to enhance customer engagement and acquisition. The role requires end-to-end product ownership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead end-to-end product delivery for partner integration products across ticketing, Gen AI, automotive, big screen, mobile, and wearables—from BRD through execution and launch
  2. Develop product strategy and roadmap supported by internal and external analysis, with clear ROI, business impact, and post-launch iteration plans
  3. Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Business Development, Solution Architects, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and partner organizations—as well as product and tech teams across Amazon Music (including app, auto, and big screen)—to deliver results through influence without direct authority
  4. Define detailed business requirements and manage prioritization by developing crisp user stories, product specifications, and balancing trade-offs among customer feedback, performance, operational support, and platform investments
  5. Drive AI/ML-powered experimentation and personalization to optimize customer journeys and product excellence to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and fan experiences across Amazon Music and partner ecosystems.
