The Senior Product Manager Technical for AWS Communication Developer Services will define and own product strategy, feature design, and technology approach for an externally-offered service. This role involves managing both development and business aspects, setting strategic direction, serving as the Voice of the Customer, and driving engineering and go-to-market commitments. The role will leverage generative AI and agentic experiences to reimagine messaging workflows and create new capabilities, operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

  1. Define and own product strategy, feature design, and technology approach for an externally-offered service.
  2. Set the strategic direction for the service—shaping customer adoption decisions, engineering priorities, vendor and partner relationships, and cross-organizational alignment across Marketing, Business Development, and Sales.
  3. Serve as the Voice of the Customer.
  4. Drive engineering and go-to-market commitments across Solutions Architecture, Business Development, and Sales.
  5. Own launches and post-launch performance.
