This role is for a Senior Product Manager, Technical Products, focusing on Pay by Invoice within Amazon's fintech division. The core responsibility is to lead the development of agentic AI solutions to automate financial processes and improve invoice payments for B2B customers. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop product and solution requirements, working backwards from the customer with an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience for agentic AI and global expansion
  2. Own delivery against high-visibility, company-wide goals
  3. Partner closely with the engineering organization on developing and scaling the architecture to support business goals
  4. Drive cross-functional alignment with senior leaders across Payments, Amazon Business, Tax, Accounting, and Sales
  5. Create and present zero-to-one business ideas within the fintech space

Required

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
